All outgoing charges are "postpaid" after returning to the USA.
An invoice will be sent by e-mail around the 20th day of the month following the return date and the balance will be charged on your credit card.
A digital camera is installed.

Rates
Per-Day Rates	$5.90 per day $2.95 after the 11th day of use Rental fee apply starting the day of arrival in Japan until one day before the return of the device.
Option Fees	Voice mail　$0.50 per day
Usage Fees	Domestic Call:$0.60 per minute, $0.60 every 1 minute thereafter International Call:$0.75 per minute, $0.75 every 1 minute thereafter Incoming is free of charge(Both domestic and International)
Insurance Rates	Deductible amount of $75.00 for $1.00 per day insurance If you lose it without insurance, your maximum compensation is $360.00
Text Messaging	$0.09 for outgoing per text message $0.90 for outgoing per international text message

Explanation of Services
Method of Billing	Base rental rates are charged when the rental reservation is made. Minutes used are billed on the 20th of the month after you return to the USA.
Family Discount	Rent two or more devices: all calls between them are free of charge
Itemized Receipts	Free via e-mail. To receive a paper invoice by mail, $2.00 fee will be charged.
Camera Function	Included. Photo data can be retrieved at the nearest docomo Shop.

Via shipping	$8.50 (USPS priority mail) 7 business day advance within California 10 business day advance outside of California Please let us know your FedEx account number if in a rush

Delivery At Your Local Agency	Free Note: The following charges will be applied to last-minute pickups 1) $5.00 for pickup within 5 days of reservation 2) $10.00 for pickup within 3 days of reservation 3) $25.00 for pickup within 1 day or reservation
